An application for a 130-place childcare centre in Redbank Plains has been submitted to Ipswich City Council.
Applicant OneFin Red Plains has applied to subdivide the lot on 69-71 Willow Road from one lot to two and is seeking a Material Change of Use for ‘Community Use’.
The proposed facility has been designed with an internal gross floor area of 1,030sqm and is expected to operate from 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
The development is set to be available to 130 children, which is the maximum allowable number of children being cared for in the centre at any one time.
