IT WAS 6am on Sunday when it was decided that a forecast of rain wasn’t going to daunt an almost 50-year tradition … the Maroon Single Wicket Cricket competition would be held.
“Fire, flood, rain or scorching heat can’t dampen the spirit of our Fassifern community,” said State School Principal Shaan Eldridge.
