THE new owners of the Bunyip Scenic Rim Resort at Charlwood are hoping to vary an existing Council approval for six tourist cabins to include a viewing pavilion.
The resort currently includes four lodges, a common detached dining building, a pool and tennis court and a manager’s residence.
Four years ago, the former owners were given the go ahead by Council to construct six cabins on the elevated block of land beside Lutter Road on Mt French which overlooks the Warrill Creek valley.
