How to fold a broadsheet newspaper
1 min read

The Fassifern Guardian & Tribune Weekend will be back on Saturday, February 6 with some major changes.

First of all it will be a broadsheet newspaper, one of the rarer newspaper sizes in the country.

This means less flicking through the pages, more uninterrupted time reading the stories you love and seeing our fantastic pictures at the size they should be.

The weekend newspaper will be paid and you can pick it up from all your usual locations for $2.50.

When you read a broadsheet newspaper there are a few tips and tricks that you should learn.

Broadsheet newspapers are the best way to lay out all the news in front of you so you can get the whole picture.

They also signal to the reader the paper contains serious news stories in an in-depth manner and not flashy headlines with sensationalised writing.

Each sheet is A1 size, the great-grandparent to the A4 sheets in your printer.

But if you haven’t got the room to spread the paper across a table or you are on the bus, there’s some very simple but specific folds you can make to make for compact reading.
