Ipswich's rates will rise more than twice the inflation rate as the city recovers from the impacts of Covid.
The average general rate increase for residential properties is 2.75 per cent which equates to more than $48 a year.
Fees are also up. Council has also increased its Enviroplan Levy by $5 annually, from $46 to $51.
