TWICE the Beaudesert and district community had missed out on a Royal visit, so when it was first mooted that HRH Prince Albert, Duke of York and his Duchess, Elizabeth “could possibly include a visit to the town” during their Royal Tour in 1927, nothing was too much trouble.
