MOTORISTS have been advised to seek alternate routes after serious accident on the corner of Warrill View Peak Crossing Road, near the intersection of Old Warwick Road.
A police spokesperson said a car with single male occupant believed to be in his late teens left the road careening through the boundary line and into a house around 1pm.
A spokesperson for Queensland Ambulance Service said the high acuity response unit and flight crew were assessing the patient who was in a life threatening condition.
The road is closed to traffic while police and rescue personnel manage the scene.
